I would prefer getting instructions and the like via email (directly). "Had to pay double the rate as a deposit on top of the price after already paying for the room- a hidden cost. Do not be fooled by the photos- our view was of a very large Marina building- our sunlight was reflected off it.The place is a maze of appartments with no sense in the numbering, this adds anxiety when you arrive. Place smelt musty to begin with, is spartan, soulless and of brutal, builders grade materials. Instructions to leave the place clean were sent 4 times-completely unnecessary....

"The location was brilliant for trips to Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud. However, decoration slightly dated. Bathroom very poor as only small 1/2 bath and no shower head holder. No toiletries and reception only open at certain times. Wifi only available for one device. Pool was closed and no breakfast options available. If it was summer months it would be a lot better. I would probably stay here again and it is still a decent option for a family."

But if you don’t take all the rooms in any villa, you may very well find yourself with neighbours in a room within the villa, though they will not be in the space you are occupying. "Check in wasn't easy we had to drive to a real estate office to collect the key and was told we had to be there before 1600 this wasn't possible lots of traffic on our very long journey, a time pressure we didn't need ! There is very little car parking space at the apartment we didn't get a space the whole time we were there , unfortunately for us our car was vandalised parked on the street. The apartment is very small for a family of 4 especially with teenagers, there isn't even enough floor...

"I recently stayed here at the Lili of the valley with the family for a few days. The hotel is five stars and the assistant and Service is outstanding very attentive and accommodated. The restaurant is amazing as well as the food. The service is a five star service with an outstanding clean.
