The biggest issue was safety and security as the door didn’t lock. We had to move our luggage to our son’s room when we went out for dinner. The manager came when we came back but I’m absolutely sure this was known issue. We would like a refund for one of the rooms. When we left this morning nobody was on reception to complain to. Expedia please respond
