"Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Mère Poulard hotel, and everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and we were given all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and the amenities were thoughtful – everything from the toiletries to the in-room coffee and tea was high quality. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. The location was perfect AND THE VIEW from our room was spectacular – close to everything we wanted to see but also peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for every taste. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to our next visit. "We stayed at the hotel during Bastille Day. The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of it all. We enjoyed wonderful live entertainment in the restaurant downstairs, delicious food and drinks, and then strolled along the ocean walk to watch the spectacular fireworks display celebrating France’s national day. An unforgettable experience. Our room had a lovely view of the beach and a small fortress out in the sea. The room itself was in great condition with a very comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and accommodating. On top of that, the hotel interior was stylish — above average, for sure. Highly recommended! Note: If you’re arriving by car, be aware that the streets are narrow, it can be crowded, and parking is limited. However, there’s an underground parking facility just nearby."
