Le Morne Beach Cottage - beach front cottage at kite and surfspot

Our small and charming newly built Creole style semi-detached house is located in the authentic and lovely fishing village of Le Morne, with direct access to the lagoon just across from the cottage.

You have direct access to the world famous wind - and kite surfing spot Le Morne,just across the quiet beach road. Depending on the wind direction, you can start a days surfing right in front of your holiday cottage.

Great emphasis was placed on meeting ecological aspects in the design phase. An example is the installation of a solar thermal system for water heating for the kitchen, bathroom and washing machine.

The apartment is a duplex Maisonette, the upper floor comes with two
bedrooms and a separate bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and sea view, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a mountain view.

You find the spacious living / dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor, where there is also a Patio for out door dining.

Le Morne Village is off the beaten track, so it’s a place to feel the Creole soul and to discover the original way of living on the island.

You find the nearest supermarket in the neighboring village of La Gaulette,
approximately 8 minutes by car.
Food, local dishes and beverages can be bought in the snack shop just next door to the cottage.
