"The knives and fork, the coffee maker, the water heater, they were not clean at all.Spider webs in the corners of the room.The bathroom need to be renovated ASAP. No clear area to dump Garbage. And the fact breakfast is not free is a problem. But the staff was cool and helpful "

"Spectacular place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the property is located in the center of Fort-de-France, and the washing machine is so useful for those who are traveling for extended periods of time. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Martinique."

"We stayed there for two weeks and had a great time. It's a beautiful place with a gorgeous view and a great pool and deck area. The house itself is very well equipped and in good overall condition tough it is showing a bit that it is a pure rental (fading paint, a few lights that don't work, a mosquito net that would take some serious mending, etc.. nothing bad but not quite high end luxury). "Me and my son (12 years) had a very relaxing stay at the Cottage. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were surprised that we had a slight seaview and could hear the waves from.the sea. "Best location!! This is the place to stay, near the best beaches! The apartment is great, spacious, clean and the kitchen has everything you need. It's quite noisy, 9 nights and only 3 good nights of sleep, always parties, karaoke, loud music until 3 AM.
