"A recent stay at this hotel. Staff were great. Room was cold (late November). Asked at reception how to increase temperature. Told it was controlled from reception. But it remained cold. The tv volume was barely audible. Asked at reception. Receptionist came up to the room but she couldn’t figure out how to increase the volume either. Remote worked to change channels but wouldn’t work to increase volume. Not a very pleasing/satisfactory stay over."

"Everything went smoofhly for my 2-night stay. The staff was super helpful, and they either put up with my rusty French or switched to English. The convenience of the short distance to the train station was key for me, and being next to a park gave a nice respite. Room was clean and spacious.
