Staff excellent, kind and understanding especially the reception staff, two gentlemen, when we arrived on the 31st October at around 5pm. Room spotless and quiet. Great choice at breakfast.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were wonderful, room was clean, aircon most welcome, nice strong shower, really great value for money and a convenient location with a bus stop right outside the hotel and a giant supermarket across the road. They have a microwave on-site for guests to use, which was handy as we were there for several nights. But when we did fancy takeout, they had a machine in the lobby to order from local restaurants, and the food was delivered to our room. Best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all so helpful and friendly.

Staff are fine and the room is small but clean and tidy. Location wise is not really good. We just stay one night during driving from London to Grenoble. It is ok for such purpose. But not really ideal for any sort of tourist purpose.

We all really like staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. There are basic amenities in the room but everything that you need. We found the beds to be comfortable and the temperature in the room perfect. You could not hear any outside noise. It’s in a great area very close to some nice little towns and villages with a large grocery store across the road. We would definitely stay here again as the rates were very reasonable and we weren’t expecting it to be five star because we did not pay for that.

We arrived at midnight, amazing service from the person at the reception, super helpful! Rooms are lovely clean but extremely basic with no kettle coffee or tea (or at least just kettle).

Disappointing :(

I booked this hotel for 5 days. It was terribly cold both in the room and in the whole hotel. The administration was not planning to switch on any heating. The wifi connection was very poor, so you can say that there was no internet at all. Eventually, it was not possible to stay in this hotel and just booked another place for my last 2 nights.
