"We had a pleasant two night stay at Auberge des Grands Bois. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It could have benefited from air conditioning but there was a Dyson Air Fan available and fortunately the weather was not too warm. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delivered to the room. "We really enjoyed our stay in Lamoura. The property is beautifully decorated and well appointed and there was a lot to do in the area, including running, cycling and swimming. The large garage was invaluable on rainy days for entertaining the kids and drying washing. My only gripe was the lack of transparency about linen hire, cleaning charges and the need for a 500 euro deposit, neither of which were mentioned in the listing, meaning I didn't bring a cheque book and had to sort it all out...

It’s because of him that I rented a bike and explore the area on wheels. The facility was well equipped with him, pool spa, and amazing restaurant. "New, clean and modern hotel, perfect for a one night stop on a road trip, but easily could work for a longer stay if you want to stay near the university in Lausanne. Not sure what else there is close by, as it’s about 10 miles outside the city. Very reasonable prices for the quality."
