Close to the beach (rue d'Etaples) and close to rue Saint Jean this charming apartment for 4 people located on the ground floor of a quiet residence will seduce you with its contemporary decoration (white lacquered furniture, light oak parquet) and its situation, you can do everything on foot!

It consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a bedroom with shower, and a very pleasant furnished courtyard located at the back of the apartment.

A courtyard furnished with tables and chairs will allow you to take your meals out of sight or an aperitif after a beautiful day

Bon emplacement mais quelques déceptions

Bon emplacement et logement trĂšs propre. Un peu surprise de devoir rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s avant 18h (ça n’était pas prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce et nĂ©cessite une organisation spĂ©cifique pour arriver Ă  temps pour les clĂ©s) PrĂ©voyez vos sacs poubelle car il n’y en a aucun et ne prĂ©voyez pas d’utiliser les poĂȘles, elles ne fonctionnent pas sur les plaques trĂšs compliquĂ©es Ă  faire fonctionner. L’impossibilitĂ© d’utiliser les plaques nous a obligĂ© Ă  manger quasiment tous les repas Ă  l’extĂ©rieur occasionnant des frais supplĂ©mentaires. Pour le reste logement agrĂ©able si ce n’est assez sombre et manque de voilage sur la baie vitrĂ©e qui donne sur la rue et laisse tout voir de l’intĂ©rieur sauf Ă  fermer double rideau ou volet roulant et rester dans le noir.

TrÚs agréable séjour au Touquet

L'emplacement de l'appartement, à quelques pas de la plage et juste à cÎté du centre ville, est parfait. La rue est calme mais l'appartement mériterait des voilages sur la baie vitrée qui donne sur la rue, parce que nous avons passé 3 jours avec le volet roulant tiré pour que les passants n'aient pas une vue directe sur l'appartement (situé en rdc). L'agencement intérieur est bien pensé, la cuisine trÚs bien équipée et le mobilier vraiment agréable et fonctionnel. Petit bémol : une VMC dans la chambre serait sans doute nécessaire pour éviter trop de condensation dûe à la présence de la douche dans la chambre. Pour le reste tout était parfait.

Sehr gute Lage des Appts., nahe am Strand und ebenso zur Innenstadt. Gut geeignet bis 2 Personen, fĂŒr Familien etwas eng. Das Appartment war sauber. Leider teilweise lĂ€rmige Nachbarn.

L' appartement est impéccable sauf que sur la photo la cour était présentée avec table et transats qui n'étaient pas là à notre arrivée alors que le temps aurait permis de profiter de cet extérieur. Merci .

Appartement fonctionnel

Appartement propre (sauf la terrasse) et trÚs fonctionnel. La salle de bain est dans la chambre et la terrasse est accessible depuis la chambre. Attention ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce mais les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis (supplément à 40 euros) et l'info n'est donné qu'aprÚs avoir déjà réservé... Pas de papier toilettes fourni en quantité suffisante. Communication facile avec la personne en charge de donner les clés.

situation parfaite prÚs des commerces et à proximité de la mer, de plus l'on peut se garer dans la rue stationnement non payant les jours de semaine. Le point négatif est le Rez de chaussée la baie vitrée donne sur la rue pas trop d'intimité... mais l'appartement est coquet et moderne.
