Welcome to Majestic Palm which will offer you, in an idyllic setting, a beautiful sea view.



True haven of peace, it will make you spend unforgettable holidays.

Ideal for families or friends, it is distinguished by its elegance and modern style.

Its private pool and beautiful garden will allow you to enjoy all the tranquility of the place.



This spacious villa of 180 m² can easily accommodate 10 people.

Listed housing, three rooms take place on the ground floor; one with en-suite bathroom and opening onto the terrace. The other two face each other and are separated by a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a large bedroom has a bathroom and a dressing room.



Bright and spacious, the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and appliances, a living room with satellite TV (English and French channels) and WiFi access.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer near the kitchen.



Outside, your private pool faces a terrace of 41 m² where you can enjoy a sea view overlooking Anse Balahou while enjoying a barbecue under the sun. Your garden, lush and beautifully maintained, will offer you the highest privacy to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation under the warmth of the West Indies.

Superbe villa dans un écrin de verdure face à la mer

La villa est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée. Le cadre est superbe et la résidence sécurisée. La qualité de la vaisselle et du matériel de cuisine est remarquable. Beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres, literie au top. La terrasse et le mobilier d’extérieur sont également très agréables et parfaitement adaptés pour un séjour à 8. L’accès est un peu pénible mais devrait s’améliorer avec les travaux de voirie en cours. A noter que nous avons subi les travaux du voisin, avec un concert de meuleuse et autres outils de 6h40 à 15h tous les jours en semaine !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et serions ravis de revenir une prochaine fois. Excellent accueil, villa très agréable à vivre, vue magnifique, etc. Il pourrait être installé des lumières dans le jardin afin de donner un peu de profondeur au jardin la nuit. Le champ de visibilité la nuit s'arrête à la piscine.

Tout était parfait. La maison est magnifique, ameublement de très bon goût, très pratique et confortable même pour 8 adultes. Avons beaucoup apprécié les produits disponibles à notre arrivée, beurre, café, rhum, etc. Les poêles étaient un peu usées, pas facile de ne pas faire brûler le fond.

Villa Majestic ou de Prestige

La réalité est tout à fait conforme au descriptif du site Villa Palm ! L’emplacement avec vue sur mer et le positionnement des villas laissent une intimité appréciable. Et un barbecue weber à gaz neuf c’est un plaisir. Les zones de couchages sont bien réparties et chacune a sont indépendance pour les salles de bains. L’entretien des jardins est impeccable et la disponibilité des interlocuteurs est à souligner . La piscine et son système de nettoyage est de bon niveau et nous a permis une utilisation optimale. Ce ne sont que des détails : Prévoir un remplacement des poêles à frire. Et compléter avec des couteaux qui coupent !

Superbe villa au Vauclin

Grande villa ouverte sur la mer, très agréable, bien conçue et bien décorée. Les équipements sont d'excellente qualité et le service est parfait. Les chambres sont grandes, la piscine est agréable et la douche extérieure est très pratique. Très bien située sur la côte Atlantique, elle permet d'accéder facilement à la fois aux plus belles plages de la Martinique et également aux sites à visiter sur l'île.
