Welcome to Majestic Palm which will offer you, in an idyllic setting, a beautiful sea view.

True haven of peace, it will make you spend unforgettable holidays.
Ideal for families or friends, it is distinguished by its elegance and modern style.
Its private pool and beautiful garden will allow you to enjoy all the tranquility of the place.

This spacious villa of 180 m² can easily accommodate 10 people.
Listed housing, three rooms take place on the ground floor; one with en-suite bathroom and opening onto the terrace. The other two face each other and are separated by a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large bedroom has a bathroom and a dressing room.

Bright and spacious, the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and appliances, a living room with satellite TV (English and French channels) and WiFi access.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer near the kitchen.

Outside, your private pool faces a terrace of 41 m² where you can enjoy a sea view overlooking Anse Balahou while enjoying a barbecue under the sun. Your garden, lush and beautifully maintained, will offer you the highest privacy to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation under the warmth of the West Indies.

For your convenience, Majestic Palm is equipped with a free WI-FI, an alarm and a safe.

La villa est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée. Le cadre est superbe et la résidence sécurisée. La qualité de la vaisselle et du matériel de cuisine est remarquable. Beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres, literie au top. La terrasse et le mobilier d’extérieur sont également très agréables et parfaitement adaptés pour un séjour à 8. L’accès est un peu pénible mais devrait s’améliorer avec les travaux de voirie en cours. A noter que nous avons subi les travaux du voisin, avec un concert de meuleuse et autres outils de 6h40 à 15h tous les jours en semaine !

L'ensemble de ma famille et moi même avons été pleinement satisfait de notre semaine, et particulièrement de notre location tant au niveau confort que situation et exposition . Félicitations pour les jardins et la qualité de leur entretien . Merci à vous également pour votre professionnalisme tant dans votre disponibilité et précision dans la préparation de notre semaine que dans l'accompagnement et la présence sur place. Effectivement, pouvoir aller à pied dîner le soir en bord de mer aurait été un plus, mais le calme et la sérénité de cette villa ont comblé ce point .

Exelente villa magnifique quoi dire de plus nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chaqun avait sont espace à vivre il ne manque rien une literie parfaite du matériel de cuisine de qualité la proximité de la petite plage ainsi que des commerces du vauclin allez y les yeux fermés Accès à la villa est assez compliqué vue l'état du chemin c'est le seul point à améliorer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et serions ravis de revenir une prochaine fois. Excellent accueil, villa très agréable à vivre, vue magnifique, etc. Il pourrait être installé des lumières dans le jardin afin de donner un peu de profondeur au jardin la nuit. Le champ de visibilité la nuit s'arrête à la piscine.

Tout était parfait. La maison est magnifique, ameublement de très bon goût, très pratique et confortable même pour 8 adultes. Avons beaucoup apprécié les produits disponibles à notre arrivée, beurre, café, rhum, etc. Les poêles étaient un peu usées, pas facile de ne pas faire brûler le fond.

La réalité est tout à fait conforme au descriptif du site Villa Palm ! L’emplacement avec vue sur mer et le positionnement des villas laissent une intimité appréciable. Et un barbecue weber à gaz neuf c’est un plaisir. Les zones de couchages sont bien réparties et chacune a sont indépendance pour les salles de bains. L’entretien des jardins est impeccable et la disponibilité des interlocuteurs est à souligner . La piscine et son système de nettoyage est de bon niveau et nous a permis une utilisation optimale. Ce ne sont que des détails : Prévoir un remplacement des poêles à frire. Et compléter avec des couteaux qui coupent !

La villa est face à la mer , la tranquillité est la devise pour se reposer. Une destination à venir et revenir , nous avons peu profité pleinement de l île sans encombres. Alors venez profitez de la Martinique à ville palm

Le calme de l endroit est très appréciable après des journées bien remplies entre plages et balades. C était notre deuxième séjour ici et toute la famille ( adultes + ados+ enfants) rêve déjà aux suivants…

Grande villa ouverte sur la mer, très agréable, bien conçue et bien décorée. Les équipements sont d'excellente qualité et le service est parfait. Les chambres sont grandes, la piscine est agréable et la douche extérieure est très pratique. Très bien située sur la côte Atlantique, elle permet d'accéder facilement à la fois aux plus belles plages de la Martinique et également aux sites à visiter sur l'île.
