Located just 8 miles North of Leakey, on the West Frio River. The house has a covered front porch and an uncovered back porch surrounded by beautiful mature oak trees. Only about 75 yards walking distance to the river. Come relax in the river and enjoy the surrounding hill country. We’re only 20 minutes from Garner State Park and about 30 minutes over the Hills to Lost Maples Park in Vanderpool .. Only 20 minutes south to Happy Hollow which offers tube rental and shuttle services for tubing !
