If you are visiting Leavenworth or the surrounding area, this hotel is a great option. The staff was accommodating and very customer-focused. I will always book my stay here when I visit Leavenworth in the future.

the staff were very helpful and accommodating but the facility was not kept as well as one would like-the outdoor pool (which was the reason we chose this hotel) had to be closed due to algae growth which should have been taken care of on a regular basis but apparently was not a priority. Also, the sofa bed mattress was very poor quality. Breakfast was decent, coffee good but all-in-all, very typical of a free breakfast buffet.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Leavenworth, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Every area, including the rooms, hallways, and common spaces, was meticulously maintained and spotless. The staff at this hotel truly stood out. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made the stay even more pleasant. Given the cleanliness and the excellent service, I would definitely choose to stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Leavenworth again. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A breath of fresh air
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and all of the staff were friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was good every morning. I've stayed at the Hampton inn in Leavenworth and this hotel blows them away in all categories especially cleaningness and friendly staff. This is the hotel to go to.
