This charming stone villa of 65 m ² is ideal for holidays by the sea in peace. It has a beautiful terrace of about 60 m2. It can accomodate up to 6 people, ideally for a family, it has direct access to the beach and to the coves of fine sand just a few steps from the house. Well-being and rest are at the rendezvous in this bosky bower.
The villa is equipped with a terrace where you can enjoy real moments of relaxation in family, around the electric barbecue and the living room of garden. Fully air-conditioned, the interior of the villa offers comfort:

Une très belle location dans un environnement verdoyant et très calme, la mer à 2 mns à pied, la plage quasiment pour nous seuls. Parking privé. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, une très jolie terrasse qui appelle à la farniente. Une jolie déco intérieure sur le thème de la mer. Une clim très appréciable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Schöner kleiner Strand, allerdings keine Weitsicht, da man Blick in die Bucht von Porto Vecchio hat. Bei der Übergabe gute Ausflugs und Restauranttipps erhalten.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus
Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtete Küche, in der man wirklich kochen kann. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist unübertroffen, das wussten wir schon vorher. Aber der Charme des Hauses hat es 2 Wochen zu unserem zu Hause gemacht.

Schönes kleines Haus in einem Ferienhauspark mit toller Terrasse. Lage gut. Das dritte Zimmer war mehr Besenkammer als Zimmer. Unsere Teenager hätten eine Zimmertür geschätzt.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer wundervollen Anlage direkt am Meer. Es war alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage
Es handelt sich um eine Ferienhaussiedlung mit vorgelagerten Hotel. Direkt neben uns (zum gleichen Haus gehörend) war die Terrasse der Nachbarn. Der Weg zum Strand sind ca. 5 Gehminuten.

Séjour formidable
Charmante maison de style Corse idéalement située dans une résidence avec accès direct à la plage. Nous avons adoré la sérénité de l'endroit, la grande terrasse arborée, la décoration intérieure de la maison de style "vacances à la mer " et la climatisation, très agréable aux heures chaudes. Nous avons apprécié également la gentillesse et l'efficacité de Laure et Virginie, toujours très disponibles pour nos questions et petits aléas imprévus qu'elles ont su régler très rapidement. Nous reviendrons !!

Bon emplacement pour visiter et profiter du sud de la Corse
Maison bien située. 2 plages tranquilles à proximité, à pied. La 2e plage était très jolie, présence de poissons (et une belle pieuvre) près des rochers. En voiture, on peut explorer facilement la côte et les montagnes. La maison était bien équipée, tranquille et dans un environnement très charmant.

Environnement calme et agréable. Les petites criques juste en bas de la villa ont fait notre bonheur

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, inmitten von einer mediterranen Parkanlage direkt am Meer, man kann zu Fuß wunderschöne kleine Badebuchten erreichen, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch die Terrasse sehr schön angelegt.

Tolles Ferienhaus am Meer
Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über Kochherd, Geschirrspühler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, kleiner Backofen, Nespressomaschine, etc. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock sind offen, ein zusätzliches Zimmer mit Doppelstockbetten befindet sich unten. Was noch schön wäre, wenn es einen Ordner mit Tips für Restaurants in der Umgebung, Ausflüge, etc. gäbe. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar und sehr friedlich. Zum wirklich tollen Strand sind es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir waren anfangs Mai für eine Woche dort, es hatte noch sehr wenig Leute. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Idyllisch aan kleine baai
Knus huisje, ingericht met zeethema, met gezellig terras waar je kunt ontbijten en vertoeven in de voorjaarszon. Via een paadje naar een rustig strandje, waar de kinderen lekker hebben kunnen spelen. Communicatie met eigenaar en afgevaardigde verliep prima. Enige mogelijke nadeel is dat we het wat warm vonden boven in de slaapkamers, dat de slaapkamers slechts gescheiden zijn door een gordijn en in open verbinding zijn met de woonkamer en dat de slaapkamer met het stapelbed beneden wat krap is. Verder heel fijn verblijf!

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung
+ Wir wurden sehr nett vom Bruder der Besitzerin empfangen (sogar in Englisch). Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und vor allem hat das Haus eine tolle Terrasse. Man kann sogar das Meer sehen. - Wie haben das Handtuch und Bettwäschenpaket gebucht (60 Eur). Leider sind die Handtücher zu wenig und die Bettwäsche besteht nur aus einem Kissenbezug und Spannbettlaken für die Matratze. Kein Deckenbezug! Beziehen muss man es auch selbst. Lohnt sich daher nicht und ich würde beim nächsten Mal die Sachen selbst mitbringen.
