The apartment is located on the ground floor and welcomes you, passing through an alley, and then through a large door, into an internal courtyard of the property, an ideal space for those who want to spend some time outdoors and away from the confusion small town. The main entrance consists of a short corridor that leads into the living room, the focal point of the house with open kitchen, dining room, sofa bed and fireplace. The space has two windows overlooking the alley and two French windows opening onto the private courtyard.
On one side, passing in front of the fireplace, this space leads to the bedroom equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a French door that also opens onto the courtyard.
