"I liked the bedroom with mini fridge tea/coffee making items. I liked the large shower and the fact it was quiet and warm. I didnt like small cups i think mugs would be better. The extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, there is a little mold around the shower tray. The bathroom floor needs grouting in parts. The garden is a big eyesore full of weeds etc not useable for anyone staying. The whole property was spotlessly clean. I had no english tea bags in my room but found some in the kitchen...

"The Annex is absolutely stunning, clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Chris and Liz are warm and friendly hosts who are available if you need anything and have put together a lovely environment to stay. "We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, providing easy access to the Cotswolds and the city of Bath. Additionally, having a quality pub just a 5-minute walk away was a great bonus. "We stayed three nights for a family wedding locally. The house was spacious downstairs which was a plus due to the weather as it was very stormy and cloudy and foggy! The house had everything we needed lovely terraces which we would have loved to use if only the rain had stopped! The bedrooms needed a mirror in each room to help the female guests in their getting ready. But overall a lovely house! "

"This is a very comfortable house in a very convenient location. The house is well supplied. The kitchen is particularly pleasant. Spacious and bright with a cozy eating nook. Located on a quiet street with a charming vegetarian pub across the way, the house is a short walk to the vibrant Main Street of Jericho and a leisurely 20 minute walk to the heart of Oxford. A manager is next door to handle any problems. We would definitely come back."

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"This house is beautiful and sparse. We were a group of 8 adults and the house did not feel crowded at all. Unfortunately, the BBQ shown in the garden images does not work, however this was not necessarily mentioned as an amenity in the listing. The only place this house loses points is in its cleanliness - this really was not up to standard, as mentioned in previous reviews. Shower drains were full of hair from previous visitors; multiple bedrooms had either old food, empty wine or water...
