"This was our 4th stay at the address. Many of the complaints I wrote about last year, directly to the owner, were not actioned, e.g. lights not working, not enough cutlery, only one plug for 2 sinks, very dusty blinds with spider webs on them, dirty fridge and microwave. Microwave sits on top of the fridge which is both dangerous and inconvenient if you are short! The state of the BBQ was disgusting - one of the ladies spent a long time cleaning it, then we still had to use alfoil and cooked...

Just some things to suggest to improve on… provide enough dishwashing tablets for the time the guests are staying, make sure the doona covers are washed as one had white residue (similar to toothpaste), spider webs need to be cleaned. Underneath lounges were very dirty, which we would not normally notice but we had something roll under and had to move lounge and it was filthy underneath. Also the basin tap in upstairs bathroom is leaking and needs...

"A wonderful no frills beach cottage in a stunning position.Fishing, kayaking, swimming, it has it all. Worth the 20 min drive to Seabird tavern to watch the sunset and a lovely meal. Great comfortable beds and pillows. Bring soap and your coffee machine and you're set!"

I really appreciated the birdseed and it was fabulous to have so many native birds visit. We may have broken the “no parties or large gatherings” rule as we were visited by at least 20 galahs. Thanks for the great amenities, the wonderful quirkiness of the property and the offer of both an early check in, and a late check out. We could not have asked for a better experience! "

Family fishing and beach trip. Don’t expect the ritz though and only one bathroom was difficult with a big family at times. Kitchen was clean and well equiped. Lots of room for two cars maybe more. "This comfy homely house was excellent. We loved our 3 nights and so did out little dog. It was fully enclosed so she had the run of the front lawn. Sitting on the verandah with a glass of vino watching the sun set was sensational. Tracey is lovely and so easy to contact. The home had everything you needed, was clean and a very short walk to the beach was fabulous. Would thoroughly recommend and stay again. "

"This was the second time we stayed in these chalets and this time we didn't found as clean as suppose to be, we had to wipe the floors and the table was quite dusty. Also the WIFI didn't work for the three days we were there, we had to use our mobile hotspot data to access the TV. "

"The location is amazing & the property was everything I hoped for. I surfed (though it was windy) and we were able to go for a cruisy roller skate on Sunday 😊 The town locals were lovely to us. We’re booking two Apartments for a whole week towards end of year! Thank you ☀️"

Clean quiet and great staff

"Very clean, staff was helpful even though I was a few minutes past office hours arriving, they provided great facilities & total recycling was available even glass. Very well kept grounds and quiet. Only minus was, there were a lot of ants."

Fantastic home to stay

"This was our 4th stay at the address. Microwave sits on top of the fridge which is both dangerous and inconvenient if you are short! The state of the BBQ was disgusting - one of the ladies spent a long time cleaning it, then we still had to use alfoil and cooked directly on to that. The gas bottle under the BBQ was in a dirty state. The switch for a ceiling fan was missing. The flywire on the laundry door was falling apart, so couldn't leave the door open for fear of a mass of flies descending.Apart from that - no complaints!"
