"Booked 1 night for a business stop over in the area . Parking is charged by an app and was £15 for 24 hours. The check in was seamless and very efficient .I was given my key to the Goodwood suite . "The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great."

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

Bar area had several staff but not once did I see anybody clean a table which you would expect in a hotel of this standard, especially as people left tables. My drink was served to me on a dirty table & not once did anybody attempt to alleviate me of the spilt drinks from the people before. "

A gem in the heart of the city!

"We were going to stay outside of the city centre to save some money but found that this hotel was also very reasonably priced. Our arrival was flawless and our room was well appointed with a view that included both cathedrals, the Train station, and the Liver Building. The hotel is perfectly located to allow for a walk to all the places you need to see. The other huge bonus was the inclusion of parking. It saved us about 20 pounds which made the value even better. Finally, we were here for the Merseyside Derby football match and were able to have a drink in the Castaway Bar which was reasonably priced and right in the hotel. A great find and we will return when I next visit my hometown."

"Lovely Hotel and the staff on check in and throughout our stay were warm and welcoming, a great asset to the Hotel. The main bar is an impressive place for cocktails and to relax. One small criticism our room was cold on entering and took a little while to warm up. Would happily stay again."
