My door stuck. Sometimes it open easily and sometimes I couldn’t get it open. The key worked. The green light flashed. The front desk acted like I didn’t know how to open a door. Of course, when they came to help it opened more easily.

This property booked my credit card for random amount refused to talk to me about it and told me I needed to talk back to Xfinity. The original person I talked to which was the wife confirmed that she had my reservation. Told me everything was great. Went through the whole reservation and then the next day I get a charge and then the Husband is leading the conversation telling me I need to deal with Expedia. They are a horrible hotel

Property was locates on a busy road. It was noisy. It is a average motel. nothing special. For what I paid he room was ok. Appearance wise it looked like it need some tender love care. It has maintenance issues. If I go back to the Berkshires again I would not stay there

When I booked the property it says the room comes with a balcony but we got a room in downstair. The property needs renovation. The sheet was clean, bathroom is big, comes with a nice size tv.

Room so old and janky - and for $91! Don't get me wrong, I am not expecting too much for an Econolodge, but was is shocking is that it was $91. It should be about $55 for something so dirty and run down. Was very appreciative of the friendly and helpful staff, though.

I prefer no-frills motels which is what this is. Cheap, clean, great hot water and shower pressure, fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer and great mountainous view across the street. Pretty quiet except during high traffic times. Outside property looks kind of rundown, my screen door to the balcony wouldn't close and there was a hole in the wall but overall a great place for my basic needs. I will be back.

Very basic but fine for overnight stay
We were in the motel only to sleep overnight, but it was fine. It was clean, basic, some recent paint and furniture, helpful front desk. Small room. Some plaster crumbling and needs more updating but everything worked except for TMobile (dead zone for TMobile). Breakfast just coffee and pastry.

Location is good, price higher than the quality of this place. Room space is okay and the lady, Nipa was very accommodating and helpful l! Negative- place needs a lot of updating, ceiling has wet damages, air filters are dirty, walls and floors are dirty, cobwebs inside and outside. The AC didn’t work on our first night and I didn’t sleep at all. It could have been okay if the room was clean

Poor customer service. hotel was what you’d expect
It was a quick stay that o had booked several months ago so they jacked up the pricing in anticipation of the summer busy season. Day of I show up, the hotel was dead, and rooms were online for sale for half what I paid, I asked if that could be adjusted but they said no, and gave some broken English answers about supply and demand…. The demand was very low. So for future reference if you book in advance, make sure to check the week before, you may be able to cancel and rebook at a much lower price.

This hotel was hugely disappointing. From peeling paint to a skimpy breakfast, badly patched walls, holes in the curtains, it was not a comfortable environment. There was even food left in the mini fridge from the previous guest which led me to wonder if the room had been cleaned. The linens appeared to be fresh, Internet was strong, and bathroom was tidy. But, overall, the lodge did not meet expectations.

Plaster falling in bathroom. Floorboard molding broker. Paint blistered and chipped. General cleanliness poor. Bathtub enamel chipped. Breakfast rather poor. I will never stay here again. Seriously overpriced and with share my experience with others. This is an embarrassment to Econolodge properties and Hotels.com.
