THe house has 2 private parking spaces in front of the house, off the road. The front door leads into a entrance area with coat hooks and some where for your shoes. THis is a "shoes off slippers on" house so make sure to bring your slippers.
THere is a smart little half bathroom to the right, before you walk into the spacious open plan lounge which has a lovely fire place and gas flame effect fire and a bay window and laminate flooring, all in cool pale greys, whites and creams. lots of comfortable seating, and wifi access.
The kitchen-dinner is straight ahead of you and has a great selection of kitchen units, gas hob and elec oven with a fridge freezer and a large dining table for upto 8 people.
Garden, leads from the kitchen and its south west facing so lots of afternoon and evening sunshine. fully fenced and a lovely leafy spot for relaxing in. Lovely neighbours either side of you. Barbacue in the corner and outdoor seating provided.
From the lounge you have an open stiarcase leading to the fully carpeted three bedrooms and hall and main bathroom.
Master bedroom has a double bed and get the full morning sunshine, its a beautiful room with a double bed and lots of wardrobe space and a pine dresser and mirror and stool.
The second bedroom is almost as big as the master, again a double bed and good hanging space and drawers, looking onto the garden
The single bedroom is actaully a good size, single bed with good hanging space and a shelving space and drawers, looking onto the garden.
The bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower over the bath and toilet and wash basin.
Utilities
The water and the gas/elec is charged as a set fee, but you are responsible for what you use at the property. I will put the gas and elec and the water into your name and we will refund the amount you on the booking if the bills are paid by yourself.
There is no broadband in the house as the house is up for sale and I did not to get involved in a long term contract. There are so many data cards available now that the best idea is for you to organise you own mobile data package.
We can extend you stay for a long period if required.
THis lovely house is full of light and has a beautiful airy feel about it. Its surround by leafy trees and lots of wild life, its a city suberb oassis.
ALdi is a few minutes walk away, so you never have to run out of food and drink items.
The bus stop is very close, just down the back gynal or next to aldi for the other bus stop. the train station is about 10 mins walk away.
YOu are 3 miles at most from the city centre and about 15 to 20 mins by bus. If you fancy walking into Leeds its just over an hour on the canal tow path.
THis is a pet and smoke free house, so please do not bring pets and you can smoke i nthe garden with the kitchen door closed.
Its also a shoes off at the door house, so bring your slippers, as the carpet is new and the house is up for sale.
The house is up for sale but you will not be effected by this as the estate agent can not view if I have a booking.
