The bathroom and bedroom was excellent. Very comfortable bed, good quality bed linen and bath towels. The room was immaculately clean. The service was not as good in the restaurant for dinner. We waited 5-10 minutes to be seated . Otherwise Oulton Hall was excellent and very enjoyable

Good hotel. Spa to busy.
Hotel and suite were amazing as always. Unfortunately the spa at the weekends gets to busy and at times we couldn’t get in to use it despite being a resident, hotel needs to make sure people staying have access to the facilities..

Check in staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. No information given on the spa facilities or breakfast. Verg little signage from the rear car park to the hotel reception when retuning on the night. Guy at breakfast asked if we had any dietary requirements. Advised I was vegetarian and was told "pastries" were available. Later found a menu that informed guests vegetarian sausages could be ordered from the kitchen. Housekeeping staff on the morning were the only friendly staff we encountered - they should really be on the front desk to welcome guests.
