The Village is a convenient hotel with good facilities such as the leisure suite. As a chain it suffers from chain food options and the bar/restaurant area was a bit chilly and very noisy with sports tv and a dj on so not exactly relaxing. Would be better to have a separate area to dine away from the bar. Room was comfortable and spacious. Overall not a bad stay for the price.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. First time was OK but this time we had a few issues: - A huge number of small moths were in the room. I spent most of the evening catching and removing them but they were literally everywhere. - Air conditioning didn't work - Room service main orders were both wrong. No one on the end of the phone to talk to or correct. As there is no reception it made it impossible to find someone to talk to either during or at the end of the stay to on check out. Plus i have contacted the hotel via Hotels.com since with no response. It is a shame given the location being so convenient but we are highly unlikely now to stay again.

Great hotel, bar/dining area really nice, food was good too. Only negative was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and quite hard.
