We were left for dead when the villas were flooding I told them at 7 am we were left with no contact.. No power no water .. If my daughter didn’t have a friend in Bali we would have been left there.. Had to pay to get them out & me lost them for 2 hours . Had to find another accommodation and pay to get our luggage out .. I’m not blaming the staff the owner hasn’t even contacted us to see if we are alright.. No refund nothing.. Will never ever stay there again . Should have had an emergency plan they had nothing..

新しいヴィラで口コミが少なく、特に日本人の口コミを見かけなかったため少し不安でしたが、泊まって大正解のヴィラでした！ 施設の広さもプールも3人には十分すぎるくらいでした。スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。基本的なもの（歯ブラシ、綿棒、コットン等）は揃っていますが、コンディショナーはありません。 毎日人数分の水を下さり、コンセントが多めだったのがとても有り難かったです。 ヴィラの周りはレストランやスーパー、コンビニ等があまりないためgrabでの移動が基本となります。 強いて言うならば、ヴィラの入り口のドアの建て付けが少し悪いことと室内の広さに対してゴミ箱が少ないことが気になりました。 ただ、本当に良いヴィラだったのでおすすめです。
