"The hotel is lovely we stayed 6 nights. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and they had plenty of choice. The location was close to all attractions and the tram was a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. All the staff from the kitchen, cleaning and reception are welcoming and friendly. Upgraded to a river view room on arrival and we found a bottle of Prosecco and glasses in the room when we returned to the room from a walk. The restaurant for breakfast was a met down as it was really slow (we waited for 45 minutes for scrambled egg on toast). Some toast came out after 20 mins (which I ate!) followed by a plate of egg nearly half an hour later. Annoying watching other couples who walked in after us getting served...
