The place is just substandard for the price and location"

"There was no stay! We were refused access to the hotel. Trinity Suites had no knowledge of our "Guaranteed Reservation" as confirmed by Hotels.com. Hotels.com made no effort to contact Trinity Suites to inform them of our arrival. Trinity was fully booked resulting in my wife and having to locate a different place to stay at a higher cost due to the fact that it was the weekend."
