Below Crans, in the district of La Délège, outside the resort, 2.8 km from the centre of Crans, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, drying room. Stepped path (23 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house at 50 m. Shop 2.8 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Crans-Montana, La Délège" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 4.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 4.2 km, indoor tennis centre 4.2 km, riding stable 4.6 km, skisport facilities 3.2 km, cross country ski track 2.8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Moubra 4.2 km, Etang Long 2.7 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Montana, 5 km.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, south-west facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, south-west facing position. 1 room, north facing position with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Large terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Folding baby bed without sheets and blankets. Maximum: 1 parking space for 1 car depending on availability in the outdoor car park.
