"The big surprise plus was the salt water pool Loved that. A big long pool deep enough to dive was great so lots of competitions between the families - including boules and ping pong. We were 11. The other thing was a/c in all the rooms if you wanted it. Though we didn’t need it. Fabulous outdoor kitchen was a big bonus too. "A great stay. Would recommend a visit to the local vinyard where there is wine tasting and also a hike through the vines and surrounding hills. A trip to the Gorges du Verdon is also a must with the option booking an electric boat for a couple of hours. For a shopping trip, CAP3000 in Nice is worthwhile with over 100 shops and restaurants. The property was great. We arrived just after a big storm, so the pool was quite sandy, but it improved throughout our stay with the help of the pool...

"The excellent swimming pool was an absolute essential in a very hot August. It was particularly helpful to have the roof which could be pulled across the pool to shield the children from UV exposure. The pool was well maintained by our host and he was very welcoming and attentive to all our queries and little problems especially when we needed an extra bed Thank you Jean Marc. The position was great with good views and accessible to beaches lakes and the Gorge. "

Host Franz was very friendly, told us about nice places to visit and good restaurants. Excellent strong Wi-Fi. Nice walk from house to Chatuea de Berne and day visits to Gorge de Verdon, Tourtour, Ampus etc. Massive market in Lorgues on Tuesday and many restaurants. "We stayed two nights to see the gorges. It was wonderful. The facility is lovely….well laid out….great hot tub/pool….and the view from our room was beautiful. The Gorges du Verdon is a gem…..be sure to drive the loop and then the long way round….stunning."
