A family home since at least 1850, L'Oustal de Guite, named after Claude and Nicole's mother, is a house with authentic charm, on a large enclosed plot of land. You will be warmly welcomed by Nicole and Claude, who have made sure to renovate and maintain the family heritage to bring it back to life as a holiday rental. Here we like the fully equipped independent kitchen, the spacious living room and the bright bedrooms, all equipped with good comfort. We appreciate that swimming, fishing and canoeing are only 8kms away, and that all shops and services are 15kms away...while being close to major tourist sites such as the famous Cité de St Cirq Lapopie at 15kms! On a large enclosed and wooded plot of 8000m², independent house fitted on one level. Living room with TV screen and large dining table, separate kitchen and fully equipped, a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90, 1 bed 140), bathroom, separate toilet. Oil-fired heating. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Washing machine in a small annex next to the house.
