"The chairs where really bad. Falling apart and leaving bits and pieces everywhere. including on skin and in bed. The pillows where too thin and 1 was falling apart. The shower was really good. ETA was communicated to us by Bellvilla and was not in order with resort reception. We where blamed for being late. While we came early to the our communicated eta. Appartment only has chairs no sofa. The kitchen wear was filthy on arrival. we found dustbunny's on walls."

"Ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Nette Leute in Arzberg! Die Unterkunft könnte etwas an der Sauberkeit tun, Ofen gesperrt, Heizung nicht gefunden. Müllbeutel waren Mangelware. Abendliche Gemütlichkeit eher nicht -Wärme fehlte und die Holzbank war sehr unbequem.Vielleicht mal Matraze im Elternzimmer tauschen und mal wieder Streichen. "The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas). "
