Everything was perfect. The room, location, convenience, staff, specially the cleaning ladies were really nice and professional. The only problem was when I arrived, they where going to give me a standard room when I booked a suite but yet again they where polite enough to fix it with no problems! Will definitely book again if the price is right!

We paid a month before we went there for the nights .The lady at the front desk was soo rude and hateful .The manager told her to give us voucher until they found the issue .She charged my card full price for a room we had already paid for .We presented bank information,them she believed us but almost had to call the bank for her to reverse the second charge .A Bell Hop was rude and told me just to pay again so I could get my luggage off his cart .An old Hotel with 5 star Rude employees !Please save yourself stress and don’t stay here 😬
