However, a few minor issues stood out: • Room Amenities: The lack of an iron and ironing board was inconvenient. • Laundry Service: Requested laundry service was not completed, even after a two day trip to Switzerland. • Cleanliness: Dust on the floors throughout the stay suggested rooms weren’t thoroughly cleaned. • Noise Levels: As occupancy increased, noise from other guests became noticeable through the walls, and a barking dog on the last day disrupted the calm atmosphere. Overall, Villa Neroli offers excellent dining, friendly service, and a peaceful setting. With improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and noise management, it could become even better.
