4 person studio, Meribel Mottaret, 2-star residence of Le Ruitor

25 sqm apartment fully renovated in autumn 2011 At the heart of the resort with a direct access to the ski lift's start and to all the shops.
It has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, induction table, convection oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Senseo and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and raclette set) and a lounge area with sofa-bed of 160x200 and numerous storage spaces, a LED HD television of 81 cm and DVD/Blue Ray player.
A mountain area, separated from the main room by a pocket door, with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200). The WC are separate. The shower room has a washbasin, an open-plan shower, a towel warmer and a hair-dryer.
You have a ski locker in the residence.
You can rent a covered parking, to be paid on site (€ 30 per week).

Access to the shops: The building has an entrance and an exit reserved to the residents (badge access) directly on the main commercial space of Mottaret.
You have at your disposal, several bars, restaurants and brasseries, some sport and ski hire shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket (Sherpa), an ATM, 2 newsagents, 1 gift and souvenir shop, etc.

Access to the slopes: By the same entrance and exit reserved for the residents, you will go through the commercial space on 30 metres and get to the starting central area for all the ski lifts and the rallying zone for the ESF lessons.
You are therefore ready to put your skis 30 seconds after going out of the residence.
Please remember that you have a ski locker at the residence.

Right at the heart of everything in Méribel Mottaret
We had a great time enjoying the fantastic ski area of 3 Vallees. Location was superb, a few steps from the slopes/lifts and restaurants/shops. Also very close to the tourism office and the regional bus service. The appartment is very convenient, containig all desired infrastructure - heating/Wifi/TV/Netflix/Audio/warm water etc. All working perfectly. Parking and room for skis conveniently close. Alain was very helpful during check-in / check-out. Thierry is a great host - very good communication. Was always available and very supportive. We can only recommend - and would consider to rent again. Only draw back ist the missing mountain view.

Parfait petit studio pour 4 personnes
L'appartement est compact mais parfaitement organisé. Le propriétaire mérite une étoile pour son accueil et la parfaite organisation de son appartement ou rien ne manque. Par ailleurs la dépose des draps et des serviettes et l'enlèvement par une agence spécialisé est parfaite, surtout lorsque l'on ne vient qu'une semaine avec les enfants pour skier . Encore milles merci Thierry pour nous avoir préparé un appartement si pratique et convivial pour des vacances au ski. Et l'emplacement est vraiment idéal.....juste devant l'ESF, les pistes et le départ des téléphériques.

L'intérieur du logement est très bien équipé , et est très joli. Il se situe de plein pied au niveau -1 , au niveau du sous sol sur le coté droit de la résidence. Il y a un balcon et vous n'avez pas de vue direct sur la montagne. L'endroit est très calme , vous pourrez bien dormir. Le logement est très bien

Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und dass man keinen weiten Blick auf die Berge hat war uns nach dem Skifahren nicht ganz so wichtig, da wir immer ko auf die Couch gefallen sind. Vielleicht ist es hilfreich zu wissen, dass man Bettlacken und Handtücher seperat bestellen und bezahlen kann, wenn man keine eigene mitbringt.

Notre séjour s’est super bien passé et l'appartement est au top. Il est très pratique d’accès pour décharger / charger, et surtout il est au calme par rapport au restaurants de la place. Il est très bien équipé pour passer une semaine parfaite.

On a envie de garder jalousement cette adresse tant il est rare d avoir un appartement de cette qualité dans des résidences de station. Tout y est : emplacement et un intérieur moderne et fonctionnel. Le top un vrai lit pour les parents ! Pas de nuisance des restaurants et bars et un accueil sur place très sympa et disponible. S ajoute une communication parfaite avec le propriétaire. What else?
