Lovely family apartment with 2 bedrooms + mezzanine, on the second floor of a chalet-style building, ideal location near the slopes, shops, and children's ski school. The apartment has one double bedroom, one single bedroom, a mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room with a double sofa bed and an adjoining kitchen hyper equipped (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, various devices). Very bright with a large terrace! Private ski box in the cellar, easy access. Will rent fast!

Good location but expensive, small, ageing apartment
Good location, close to slopes, easy car parking, close to ski shop & supermarket. The apartment is worn out, applicants are unfit for letting, Lots of extension plugs and wires, there is a tiny bath, over bath shower, hairdryer from the last century attached to the bathroom wall over the basin, limited hot water & smelly separate toilet. Cutlery & utensils had old food on them, floors were dirty, lots if hair & dust, toilet smells, hobb cover was greasy & dirty, cupboard knobs are sticky & come off in your hand, windows not cleaned .... we complained on arrival , the agency sent the cleaners back but they needed to be shown the problems. The toilet permanently smells of urine despite constant cleaning. one of the toilet seat hinges has rusted & broken. The dishwasher has a stick stuck into the start button because the connection is faulty. The fridge doesn’t close properly & there is only a microwave combination oven, cracked hobb, no oven as advertised in amities, Plastic table cloth has cuts and stains. The sitting room radiator died during our stay the owner was not surprised when I called to say it was not working the owner organised a portable replacement but wasn’t surprised & said he thought it needed replacing. The main bedroom only fits a small double bed, no space to move either side of the bed & door only just closes. Bed mattress was stained, hard and uncomfortable. I turned it over on arrival! Duvets and pillows were provided but clearly very well used by many previous tenants. Only a person shorter than 4ft can stand in the upstairs room, accessed by a steep, paddle step ladder. The single room was very mini, just a single bed. We had to take our own linen and towels - possibly a good thing given the poor state and quality of the other kit at the flat! But we only discovered we needed to take our own kit or hire linen via the agency when I asked the owner for the joining instructions a week before our stay! this type of information needs to flagged on Web site information.

Cosy basic apartment in a good location
Positives - lovely location, close to bus stop and opposite a great super market, parking right outside, restaurants nearby, comfy beds, lovely large balcony, ski locker, recommend catching the bus one stop to the foot of the slopes if you want to avoid icy steps, very easy to collect keys and drop off at the agency, good communication from the owner. Negatives - only enough hot water for one bath, no hot water in the late evening, electrics are in need of repair with faulty lighting and extension leads, no DVD player and no WiFi, no provisions left such as cleaning products, no hand soap/minimal loo roll, no oven just a hob and microwave. Bath taps didn’t work so you had to fill bath with the shower head. We would stay here again because it was cosy and warm and the owner was great. Just needs a little work to be 100%

Cozy Appartment close to slopes
Very pleasant apartment within 5mins walk (in ski boots) of the main lifts. Well situated opporsite to basic supermarket, and close to the main restaurants and bars. Parking available directly outside the front door of the block. The appartment itself has a small well equipped kitchen diner with space at the table for 6 and a settee. There is one main double bed which has its own door for privacy. There is a small single bedroom with door, but the ceiling is open to the ‘Mezzanine’ level, so not totally private. Up some steep stairs is the mezzanine, which is right up in the roof so quite cramped for space (adults watch your head on the beams!). This has a double bed and next to this in a very cramped space is a final spare bed. The mezzanine level can’t be seen from downstairs but is open and audible, so again not fully private. The sofa could also be converted to a bed if necessary. We found the setup worked really well for our young kids (6,8,10yrs) who stayed upstairs, while we slept downstairs. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the standard chalet style and is fully equipped. All together we really enjoyed our stay and it worked well for our family.

Cosy alpine apartment in a great location
A lovely, cosy, Alpine apartment in Meribel Motterat . It exceeded our expectations. Great communication and easy handover from the owner . Supermarket 100m , ski hire 200m, ski lifts 300m , shops, bars and restaurants 100-200m. Free bus stop 100m . End of blue piste is 200m The apartment is clean and welcoming and very well equipped . Very flexible accommodation. Lashings of hot water and efficient heating. We have stayed in 3 Vallées many times, this was our best rental ever.

Excellent séjour à Méribel Mottaret
L’appartement est idéalement situé, spacieux, fonctionnel, et bien équipé, tout à fait conforme à la description. Les communications avec le propriétaire ont été faciles, et lorsque nous avons eu un petit pépin concernant l’eau chaude, le proprio nous a répondu immédiatement et nous a fourni les informations qui ont permis de régler facilement et immédiatement le problème. Je recommande chaleureusement cet appartement.

Appartement bien situé pour piou piou. Un peu plus loin pour accès aux pistes. Bien équipé en vaisselle et électroménager. Peu bruyant. Le moins : Un local à ski difficile a ouvrir et situé à l'extérieur de la résidence. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Charmante Location aux pieds des pistes
Chalet très bien situé ds la station . Près des Pious pious , aux pieds des pistes, des magasins et restaurants. Pas besoin du véhicule. L'annonce est conforme à la location . Grande mezzanine, une chambre individuelle et une chambre pour deux adultes. Nous y logions à quatre adultes et deux ans . Espérons y retourner l'année prochaine

L'appartement est spacieux, ce qui est appréciable et rarement le cas en stations de sports d'hiver. Par contre, le ménage à l'arrivée laissait à désirer et de nombreux équipements étaient cassés, notammement les plaques électriques qui étaient scotchées, cela peut être même dangereux.

Très agréable séjour
Chalet idéalement situé à 100 m des pistes, avec parking compris (important !). Bien équipé, pas de perte d'espace, confortable. Suffisamment de vaisselle. Salle de bains petite mais comme il y a du rangement partout, ça va. Le frigo est par contre un peu petit pour 6 personnes pour une semaine. On reviendra en tout cas !

Appartement sympa et bien placé
Sympathique séjour en famille dans cet appartement. Assez près des pistes (100 à 150m)mais on ne peut pas trop y retourner pour y déjeuner. Commerce (ski set, intersport et huit à huit) juste devant. Un petit parking privé est dispo devant l’immeuble. L’appart est au 2e étage sans ascenseur. Il est plutôt bien équipé (appareil à raclette, grille pain, cafetière et machine crêpes partie mais il manquait le câble de branchement). Calme parfait la nuit et literie confortable. On y reviendra avec plaisir !

Séjour très agréable dans bel appartement
Semaine parfaite, l'appartement est agréable et surtout très bien placé et fonctionnel. à 1 min de la superette et des locations de ski, à à peine 5 min des remontées mécaniques et en plus le parking gratuit réservé aux résidents. Nous recommandons sans problème cette location et remercions le propriétaire pour sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons !

Super domaine skiable.
Idéalement situé, à 200m des remontées, à 100m du huit à huit et de l’inter sport(très sympa) et skiset; résidence très calme , de bon standing , avec parking ! Appartement très agréable, avec lave vaisselle. Seul l’accès à la mezzanine est délicate (échelle), et il est impossible de s’y tenir debout...(si sixième couchage prévoir de se mettre à quatre pattes pour accéder au lit simple de la mezzanine). Heureusement nous étions que cinq. Idéal jusqu’ à 5 personnes.
