"Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money. "

"Personne pournois accueillir à notre arrivée, gîte souillé par un chat (excréments au sol, vomis sur les lits....). Le propriétaire n'a pas donné de draps propres quand il est venu nous voir le lendemain de notre arrivée. Les fenêtres sont cassées/fêlées. Le site est magnifique mais l'hôte n'est pas à la hauteur, il ne correspond plus aux photos malheureusement."

"dans un endroit magnifique nous avons fêté un anniversaire entouré par nos proches, ce moment de partage dans ce décor était parfait. Domaine très bien équipé, draps à disposition c top, jardin très bien entretenu et fleuri. Alors pour les chiens peureux c pas top, il y a pas trop loin des effaroucheurs pour oiseaux. Sinon séjour parfait !!!"

"Owners/hosts made us very welcome and on hand to help when required. Cottage was ideal for what we were looking for - self contained, quiet, private, secure parking and great base for cycling both sides of the Loire and very quiet back roads. Very large garden space front and back was a bonus. All made it an excellent weeks stay. "

"Super propriété. Cependant pas de piscine , pas de bain a remous, pas d étang , chemin fermé par une barrière avec cadenas donc pas possible de l emprunté. Babyfoot en très mauvais état.... "Well equipped beautiful cottage in the Loire countryside. Very Clean. Owners are very welcoming and friendly and have a vineyard 1/2 an hour away - worth the trip and the tasting. The house is close to Saumur which is lovely and has lots to see and do, including nice restaurants and is well located for visiting some famous historical sites like Chinon and Fontavraud Abbey. a very relaxing break."

"The cottage itself is well equipped with quality furnishings and equipment. Put together thoughtfully and stylishly by the charming owners. Unfortunately there is no green outdoor space as it's built on the gravel driveway entrance to the owners house, close to the local urban road and a main road. "Super comfortable, well equipped home in a picturesque setting very close to the Loire. We had a brilliant week here in this lovely family home. There is a heated pool, pretty gardens and great BBQ. "Hotel was holding a large separate function which initially meant we were denied a table in the restaurant - we were on a cycling tour, staying one night, so this was frustrating after a long day's ride. However, on reflection, we were granted a table. Food was superb, facilities were great, once the initial restaurant hurdle was over, we found the staff friendly and helpful."
