"We were two families with children ranging from 9 years to 17 years. The chalet is perfectly located for easy access to the ski slopes (we drove and parked at the Chavannes ski lift - 2 min drive up the road) this avoided the big queues at the cable car at the bottom. It is also perfectly located for town. About a 12 min walk down hill to all the shops, restaurants, bars and about a 20 min walk home as it’s uphill but you can also get the free buses. "A lovely chalet with owners who go the extra mile to make sure you have a great time and let you know where to go. My worry from looking at the map is how far up it was, but really is only a ten minute walk into the centre of Les Gets, and the free bus goes up and down regularly. We paid an extra £10 at the ski hire shop to keep our equipment overnight, so we went straight to Apris Ski mode and didn't have the problem of carting boots and skis up and down. "The property was very well equipped, spacious and clean. I would like to thank Anne, the owner, for being so welcoming and ensuring we had all we needed. Some nice touches were providing us with essential basic ingredients, ski rentals on arrival at the chalet with key points and recommendations e.g. best places to eat. "We took a rental over New Year to celebrate in a winter setting but were very disappointed that the fire place wasn't working and no effort was made to fix this during our stay.A fireplace is a central feature to a winter rental and our hopes of snuggling down by the fire after a days of skiing were sadly not to be realized.Also the chalet had terrible wifi, after complaining to the managing agency we receiving a mobile wifi booster but that only managed to support 3 devices whereas the chalet...

"For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. For 250 euros a night, I would have expected a higher standard of accommodation and service. There is also no reception staff available on Sundays which makes check out challenging with bedding...

"A well maintained, 2nd floor property, on the edge of Les Gets. All amenities are within a short walking, yet located in a quiet area of the town. Property was introduced to us by one of the concierge team, who ensured everything was to our satisfaction prior to leaving. Well laid out apartment with WC and shower rooms located next to each of the bedrooms, the double on the lower floor and the twin room on the mezzanine.
