"Definitely rustic! There is no air conditioning, so on days with little breeze you will want to close the shutters on the sunny side and be in the pool. There are two buildings separated by a covered patio, so plenty of privacy for couples. Our family of 9 was not at all crowded. The property is far enough from town that cell service was spotty at best. The only issue we faced was the internet was out (animal damage to the line!) and it took several days for the "cable guy" to get there....

"If you are looking for a get-away from it all, Meir’s beautiful home on Montjustin is your place! The town is tiny - just a few residents - and you need to drive to nearby Cereste or Reillane (or longer drive to Manosque) for supplies, but once you’re stocked up, this very French and roomy home with a pool, petanque, yard, and more is the perfect spot. We loved making it our home for a week and hope to come again. One word of caution: lots of steps and hard surfaces - fine for us but wondered...

"The property is well located for all the great sights that Vacluse has to offer. The property is spacious and modern with a exceptional kitchen and bathroom. "It was very nice. The outdoor space and pool We’re great and the unit was very clean. We were surprised the unit was attached to owners home as it was advertised as private. There were some things that we would have considered ‘essentials’ that were not provided - like towels, extra garbage bags, dish and hand soap, extra toilet paper. "Easy parking for free. Wonderful location right on the river. During spring or summer the patio must be amazing. The rooms were smallish but well appointed, clean and comfortable. Comfortable bedding and wonderful large window to open for fresh air. Our only suggestion is to supply coffee or expresso makers in the room. "

I wish I could have stayed a week!

"Provence in October is spectacular and a stay at this property is the cherry on top! It was off season so staff attention was present at every turn. Unfortunately we were there only two nights. My wife and I are planning on staying there during lavender season next year. It has everything you need, Michelin rated restaurant, professional bike equipment, spa, two pools . I could go on an on. Can't wait to return. "

Exceptional, luxurious resort?

"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. Our rooms and all of the many restaurants, spa experiences, and views were exceptional. Above all, the concierge service was fantastic from advising us before our stay, during our stay, to offering us navigation For our departure. I would highly recommend this property or any in the Arielle family of luxury resorts. We departed with welcome gifts that we will cherish forever. The only downside was having to compare our next hotels to La Bastide de Gordes!"
