"Very clean comfortable apartment in a wide open space opening out onto the pool. Great seating area on the balcony (Downstairs apartments had a good space outside their units). Apartment was well fitted out. A little far from the village but easy driving and parking. A good location to explore Mont St Michel."

"Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet paper before going to the bathroom."

"We spent two nights at the gites with a group of 20. We don't speak French, but we wanted to see Mont Saint Michel. The manager didn't speak English, so we had a communication problem from the beginning. We needed sheets , and the cleaning fee did not seem optional, so the cost was higher than I anticipated from the ad. The gites were clean and secure. There was ample dishes for cooking and meals. "There were seven adults and three children staying and as there was a sink in each bedroom and three bathrooms there was no queing to get ready in the morning. A great place to visit and rest!

"Our stay was for 2 nights. The room was nice & warm in 30 degree weather. The bed was comfortable and the room was great for what we needed. We opted in for breakfast and it was as delicious as last time. The parking was less expensive since last time we visited in March and parking rates vary. This time it was 28 Euro 14 Euro per day. The free shuttle is great to get us to the mountain. We will be back again in the future for a third trip!"

"When staying on the island, it is incredible walking around late at night or early in the morning where the shops are closed and the town is empty of people. The town is magical. Watching the tide roll in or out is impressive, as there is a 20km shoreline from high and low tides. "
