Quality service for 5 people. On 350 m² of land 500 m from shops, market every day in summer, 4 km from the beach and the port. Fully enclosed garden.
US equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, pyrolysis oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker + espresso.
Living room of about 30 m2 with convertible corner sofa and TV 123 cm
1 bedroom with bed 160/200, wall-mounted TV 80 cm, closet / wardrobe 180 cm + 1 bedroom 3 beds 90/200 with wardrobe. Cellar with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Bathroom sink double sinks and large Italian shower. Separate WC.
Broadband Internet WIFI included in the price.
Terrace, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs (4), barbecue, cabanon for bicycles. Bike provided free of charge.
Cot and baby bath. Bed linen provided and beds made for your arrival. Option cleaning, linen and towels.

Maison très propre, très bien équipée au calme mais proche du centre-ville. Jardin totalement clos, appreciable avec des enfants en bas âge. Très bon accueil. Au final, très bon sejour dans la maison.

Superbes vacances au calme
Nous sommes restés deux semaines à 4 adultes : la location est entièrement conforme à l'annonce et est idéale pour passer des vacances au calme. C'est une très belle maison, décorée avec goût, avec tout le confort possible et où nous avons largement profité du jardin et du barbecue. La région est belle, plein de choses à faire et les gens sont sympas. Les commerces et les plages sont très proches. L'accueil fut chaleureux, très agréable et riche en enseignements et informations ; la communication avec les propriétaires est parfaite ; en bref nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons sans problème. Merci à Pascal, Françoise et Julie pour cet excellent séjour :-)

Excellente semaine aux Mathes dans une maison fonctionnelle, lumineuse, bien équipée dans un environnement très calme. Le village est sympathique loin de la foule, les plages proches ainsi que la forêt; Nos petits enfants furent ravis.

Tolles Ferienhaus, schöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen, schön gelegenen Wohngebiet, ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Terrasse, Garten, Sonnenliegen, sogar Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Zum Bäcker und täglichen Markt sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Umgebung reichlich vorhanden. Zum Strand dauert es zehn Minuten mit dem Auto, er ist aber auch gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bzw. der Verwalterin klappte trotz fehlender Sprachkenntnisse ohne Probleme. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Une maison idéale
Tout était parfait dans cette location : l'espace, la propreté, la décoration, l'équipement. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l'aise dans la maison, et cerise sur le gateau, le petit jardin clôturé pour notre petit chien aveugle. Nous reviendrons sûrement bientôt
