and dinner. Staff were moslty attentative and polite. Rooms are very well designed and clean.

area and outside pool are well kept. Gym is very basic but pretty standard/accapatable for a hotel. Being a solo british traveller I was naive to the area being a hot spot for german travellers and party goers. But the hotel is well situated to travel to all the hotspots on the island. "

"I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed "
