"Pool, jacuzzi, garden and parking were all excellent. Interior of accommodation was in places a bit cluttered, and perhaps needed some updating. Very spacious, but we found upstairs really hot, although downstairs bedroom was okay. Because of the mosquitoes, we couldn’t open windows upstairs at night, which made the heat worse. "Very interesting cottage with all the facilities we needed and a beautiful garden. Everyone slept well. The upstairs was very quirky and we loved that it had slopey floors. It was a great base for visiting the area. Ronse is a lovely town too. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We felt very welcome!! We would stay again! "

"Very strange "kitchen" with a stove put on top of what was a bar and is extremely high. No extraction hood so its mpossible to cook. Bathroom without window or extraction fan. Constant noise right outside the door. The ad says the owner speaks French and English but they don't speak a word of English. We did not see the super well equipped place mentioned in other reviews. We do not recommend this place."

"An amazing hotel, very clean, funky and great styling (the floor to ceiling paint in the reception area and in the rooms were awesome!), technology rich, very friendly and helpful staff and a wonderfully tasty and fresh breakfast buffet. Comfortable and clean room with exceptionally modern and functional amenities. Took a little while to understand the lighting system, so helps if you’re a little geeky minded. Coffee/tea maker in room which is a little less common in mainland Europe, but something we UK folks are used to). A nice restaurant not too far from the hotel as is the town centre. Pity it was only for a 1 night, hope to be able to visit again. "

"Lovely warm room on a cold night. Restaurant was excellent. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Characterful ambiance. One way road system to get to the hotel was a bit of a nightmare as google maps showed the one way direction incorrectly. "

"The staff was, as always, amazing: extra pillows were waiting for us (as requested); we were informed at check-in that they would be there but if not, just to call reception and they would be provided. There was no decaf in the room but we were offered free a free cup of it from the machine in the reception area. "

What a gem in Waregem!

"Wow what a find! I've know of Parkhotel for many years due to their sponsorship of women's cycling. Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean comfy room and what a breakfast selection, genuinely I stay in a lot of hotels and let's face it, brekkie selection can make or break it! I'm also gluten free due to an allergy and they had tasty gluten free selection. Great bar with a nice buzz in the evening. Totally recommend this ParkHotel and will definitely pick out this group for stays in the future!"
