The person at the front desk was not very friendly when we checked in but did her job well. Everyone else was very polite and friendly during the stay especially the breakfast workers. They made sure breakfast was hot and refilled with many options, and available for several hours, not just one or two like many other places. There were some dead stink bugs around the room and window ledges so maybe check those areas more often. Other than that the place was clean, and comfortable! Would definitely stay there again.

The location was nice did our visit. We had a room in the front of the hotel and the noise from the traffic was very loud all night long. It sounded like the wonders were open, but they weren’t. Overall, the property needs to be updated.

The location is convenient to various restaurants and other points of interest. It's also near a high school, so watch out for football season Fridays (as we found out) if you're staying on the end of the building. The ice machine worked and the suite we had was nice enough, so we were happy. The strip on the floor in the doorway to the bedroom was torn up and made closing the door near impossible at times. Also, the water pressure was low to dribbling, so don't stay here for more than a couple of days (unless you like soap and shampoo in your hair). We would stay here again, but not for more than a couple of days at a time. Go check out the Safari Park, it's the reason we visit!

The hotel itself appeared clean. Our room however smelled of sweaty feet. The beds were extremely uncomfortable so much so that I ended up sitting up on the couch for half the night.

Our hotel first didn’t have any light bulbs that turned on then switched rooms and it was sooo stinky. Card keys kept not working had to get to front desk when we returned from being out. Cobwebs everywhere. It was an old stinky dirty place.
