They sent a text asking to complete pre-arrival check in where you needed to upload your drivers license and credit card information. But when I arrived, I had to give them my license and credit card information again to check in even though they already had it in the system. Ridiculous and sketchy!

It was close to the things we were there to do. The front desk agent at check in was terrible. She didn’t welcome me and was like talking to a robot. Pool was great.

This stay never took place. I had made the reservation for my family who was visiting from another state. They were traveling with an veteran and toddler. This establishment cancelled my reservation due to being a local. So it's not a good experience for my family. Luckily we were able to find another accommodation at the Holiday Inn Express and they were excellent to my family. I would stay there over this place anytime in the future!!

Property is unkept. Lightbulbs were not working and it was apparent never dusted. Sink was leaking. Carpet peeling up. Caulking in tub broken throughout. Odd odor upon check-in. Dresser door broken off. Microwave did not work. Linens seemed clean.

There were cookies as check-in, which was lovely. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. The sink had bar soap, which is fine, but the shower had sub-par shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner did not leave my hair soft like the Dove products did in the other hotels we stayed at on this vacation. The pool was cold, but the hot tub was enjoyable. The eggs at breakfast were likely from powder, but they had good yogurt and the rest of breakfast was good.

It was ok

The bed was really hard. My kids slept on the floor with piled up pillows because they thought it was more comfortable. There was nothing “warm” and inviting about the room- bare beige walls and it was stuffy coming in. Walls were thin and I could hear other rooms and people in the hallway. Thankfully just stayed one night. I would have hated to have been there another. I wouldnt choose it again.

Comfy Hotel

Stephen was an awesome front desk attendant. Very helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do in the area. I went to see Natural Bridge because of him and it was amazing. Overall, very comfortable bed and pillows, fairly quiet hotel.
