We had two couples ages range from 71-75 years. Great place to stay. Very clean and loved the bedding. Convenient to everything you need from personal items to great restaurants. We had so much room and the renovated home was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Perfect location! Perfect stay!
If you are looking for a safe, comfortable place to stay in Lexington this is it! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house offered everything as stated and was comfortable and felt like home. The location cannot be beat. The house is near shopping, Starbucks, great restaurants, and the airport. The host was easy to work with and check in, and check out seamless!

Great property in a nice neighborhood! Close (minutes) to shopping/eating, but far away enough to not feel like it. House was well kept, inside and out. Lots of room for lots of people, and furniture/beds were comfortable. We would stay here again!

Our family of 4 had a very comfortable 2-night stay in this home. It was much larger than we needed. You could definitely host a group or family get-together here. It was clean, well equipped, and very convenient to where we needed to be in Lexington. Seth was quick to respond and a wonderful host. We would stay again!

Nice home in quiet subdivision...close to Kroger & Walgreens. Easy 10 minute drive to Rupp/downtown. House is as described. Felt like a 1950s house that was rehabbed....water pressure was low, small bathrooms & lowest A/C was able to go was 69 (a little warm for us), but very nice. Communication was excellent with host. Overall definitely would stay again.

Overrall fine wknd. issues: property manager did not respond to my request for a late checkout so had to check out at 11a and spent 6hrs of driving 4 kids around to entertain them while awaiting activities. dishwasher needs to be replaced as doesnt clean dishes so spent much of wknd washing each meals dishes by hand and without a disposal. advertises ping pong table but paddles were unusable they were so damaged.

Our accommodations were wonderful. The house is much larger than it appears from the street. The finished basement gave a safe space for the children to play. The house was located close to anywhere we needed to go. The only thing is that the washer and dryer are not convenient to use due to placement but there are two of each in the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host supplied plenty of linens and items needed (toilet paper, trash bags, etc). We would definitely stay here again.
