I lot of things needed attention. Dry wall broken behind the door, bad wiring in light switches, drawer front hanging off, signs of water damage in bathroom, bent chair legs. The front desk people were nice. If you need a cheap place to stay, this might be for you. If you need a nice place to stay, look elsewhere.

This place was in shambles when we got there. Whole place smells like smoke and the bathroom in our room was untouched from previous people (dried puke and piss around toilet bowl). And to top it all off we had a fire alarm go off at 4am. Then at 10am, (checkout at 11am), we had an employee aggressively knock on our door with the intent of waking us up. 1/10 experience if I have ever had one.

I’d been helping a friend and her family stay here. Paid a month up front. 2.5 weeks in, they made up some b.s. reason to kick them and another family out and refused to refund me my money.

Customer service was not up to par...the property manager was very rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional.... i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The roooms, hallways, and elevator smell like smoke. The washer and dryers will take your money and dont dry your clothes. Unpleasant experience

My room has trash all in it, including USED toilet paper in the bathroom sink. When I reported it, they had us change rooms. I had to wake my son up to do, as it was after 10 pm, and we had lost power. Super upset about it. Lay at the front desk was super nice, but that room should have never been marked clean. Ever.

The first night I stayed, the fbi had the property surrounded. I had no clue what was happening so i was terrified as i was alone. 2nd night, someone kept going down the halls trying to open doors. I had to wedge my refrigerator in front of the door just to try and get a little nap. Every entrance had herds of people blocking the doors while they smoked. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR A SINGLE FEMALE!

It’s been an amazing experience! Me and my children have been staying here for almost a month and on and off before that. And each time it’s just been so amazing! I first tried red roof and motel 6 because they was a little cheaper. But then I realized why it was cheaper! Ever since I started staying here at WoodSprings I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This is the best hotel for the price we get! The new manager is absolutely amazing! Cheri, Megan and maddie are all amazing women! Down to earth, respectful, and really just all around good hearted people. I can go on and on about what I love about this place. It would be easier to tell you what I didn’t like because that’s a super shorter list lol. Only thing I don’t like is the slow elevator hahaha! But like I said I just absolutely love it here! The rooms are perfect size, the beds are comfortable! The staff are amazing. I haven’t seen ANY bugs inside not once! The employees always make sure if someone is found hanging around outside that they either have a room or reservation here or they ask them to leave. So it’s definitely a safe place. You won’t find a bunch of people hanging out unless it’s people who stay here and they go out to smoke because they are non smoking rooms. But there’s never any drama, it’s truly like a big community. I absolutely love it here. I know my kids are safe here. I won’t stay anywhere else now that I’ve found this one!
