"Scammed by the unscrupulous owner that wanted a fee so large for pets that it was more than the hotel reservation, OUTRAGEOUS! Over twice the average pet fee than EVERY other Super 8 asked for. I felt I was taken advantage of since I booked through a third party, so I either lost my booking fee or had to pay double by paying his outrageous pet fee. Buyer beware, call first. "

"I have stayed multiple times at this property. The first time I enjoyed it, the last time it was a bit more trying. Possibly because I was a very late arrival. But three things concerned me; they have almost doubled the pet fee - on their form it said $25, they charged $40, The room carpet was in terrible condition and one thing about “fees?!”"

"I find the Precious Hotel to be quite adequate, but I guess the eggs and sausage are Monday through Friday only. I had to beat the Arctic freeze, so I checked in on a Friday night and Saturday morning meant slim pickings (a couple of mini muffins) for breakfast. "We were able to book online and show up 10 minutes later to check in around 1pm - before regular check-in time. We were taking refuge from the ice/snow storm and they had a room for us.
