"Downside was at check-in we were given a room of a lower category than booked. After checking with reception we were told that there was a technical problem with the room of the correct category allocated for and we could change the following day. Which was ok and we did so. A bit disappointing that only after asking for a partial refund of the first night (difference of room price) at the check-out we were granted a proportionate discount.
