"The property had very nice grounds with a lovely pool looking out over the water. The superior garden room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the beach was not good for swimming but it was otherwise a very pleasant property."

However, the staffs are friendly and very attentive. When we returned back to the hotel late morning from Ijen, the staff arranged to send breakfast to our room even before we request for it. "This is my third time to stay. The hotel is good quality and comfortable. Staff are welcoming. It also has a nice little bar. The pool is OK, but not really for active swimming. The aircon needs a bit of an overhaul in some rooms (I had to move rooms because it didn't work in my first room, and the controller was kind of broken in the second), but overall a good temperature reached for 4 great sleeps in a comfy bed and lovely pillows."
