"It was a beautiful hotel. There was a major mix up with my check in which resulted in someone coming into my room in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. But management apologized, and gave me breakfast vouchers for the restaurant next door, along with a card, some fudge, and some cute mini bottles of sparkling cider. I understand accidents happen. "

"Property was fantastic just if you want to eat outside of hotel, nothing much is easily in walking distance. I rented a bike and rode to Sarasota a few times but sometimes it would have been nice to have more options closer. However the beach and pool were a fabulous set up and worth the inconvenience to me. Hotel room and amenities were amazing as well "

"Friendly and efficient service right from the start. Check in was great - had a room ready early since I took red-eye flight. Room was large and with great amenities. Water bottles were plentiful and complimentary. The hotel restaurant was great - food was well prepared. Highly recommend this hotel"

"This resort is Exceptional! We have stayed here 3 different times and are never disappointed! The resort is stylish and beautifully maintained. The staff are always friendly and professional and go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay. Our room was beautiful and spacious with wonderful views. "It's a very basic property with good pricing, and the location is ideal for us. The room was spacious, and breakfast was passable. Maid service is every other day, which is a big minus, IMHO. "
