Perfect stopover
Such a friendly place. The guy who checked us in was welcoming, humorous and efficient. He worked so hard, I hope the company realise how great an asset he is. He manned reception, served our meal, ran the bar (thanks for the Negroni) and was there doing it all again at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was exceptional both at dinner and breakfast. Rooms might be ready for an revamp but everything was clean and worked well. Certainly somewhere to book for a repeat visit, hopefully soon.

Going Downhill
Our 2 guests advise that they have stayed here many times but the last couple of visits the restaurant has run out of some food and drinks. One guest also had to change rooms due to a faulty TV and wasput in a room that was already occupied so finally had a 3rd room that was OK. We have other guest arriving tonight so I hope they can have a better experience

Check in was ok the disappointment started when we went to bed that’s when the party started next door loud music smoking weed the lost goes on granted it’s not the fault of the hotel but when I went to check out at 630 the next morning the young guy wasn’t interested in my complaint i definitely would not stop there again

Let's start with the positive: The staff was very nice and polite! But the room! This is not really a hotel but more a motel.The bed was OK, but the heatpump/heating system did not work properly. Turned it on but it kept switching of after 10-15 seconds. Very cold room. Walls are not sound proof. You can hear what your neighbours are up to. Not so nice! Mold in the bathroom. In the bathroom is also a small heater, but that (also) turned off again after a short time. The restaurant: also here: the staff was very nice. But the food! I had a burger but McD serves better food. The breakfast was ok though. Nothing fancy but better then expected given the overall "hotel" standard. I wont be staying here again

De kamer die wij hadden stonk ontzettend naar de sigaretten rook. Na dit aangegeven te hebben, was er geen andere kamer voor ons. Ook geen mogelijkheden om het op te frissen of verbeteren voor ons. Het was geen fijne kamer om in te verblijven. Het ontbijt viel erg tegen. Veel brood was al op en de vleeswaren die er lagen waren oud en de ham smaakte zelfs zuur. De mevrouw achter de receptie was niet heel erg gastvrij of klantvriendelijk. Geen fijn welkom of tot ziens. We hadden 2 nachten geboekt maar zijn maar 1 nacht gebleven. Ook toen geen na vraag door de receptioniste of tegemoet koming. Wij raden deze accommodatie niet aan. Je betaald veel geld en krijgt weinig tot niks.

Probleme avec la carte d'entrée qui ne fonctionnait pas, échangée pour le meme résultat. On m'a accusé de l'avoir démagnétisé... chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas vraiment a part si il etait mis a 28 pour une température interieur de 19. Chauffage dans la salle de bain qui se déclenche et qu'on ne peut pas couper. Ecperience globale assez moyenne. Je ne recommanderai pas.

Le personnel est adorable et disponible 24/24 la literie est confortable, salle d’eau propre et prtisue, le petit déjeuné est varié et bon. Les petits point faibles, la ventilation de notre chambre faisait un peu de bruit, elle a dérangé mon conjoint dans la nuit mais pas moi, les portes des toilettes et d entrée faisais du bruit en les voûtant et fermant, ce qui moi m a dérangé dans la nuit quand l un allait au toilettes. L ensemble est plutôt bien nous avons apprécié cet hôtel.
