If you are planning to party all night, this place is fine. But if you want to sleep, forget it. It's on a street with night clubs that are allowed to blast loud music until 6 AM and closing windows would not help.

Totally neglected. Homeless people use the access space to sleep and drink. The apartment is newly renovated but dirty and not well maintained

It was close to a squat. Broken glass n furniture in common areas. There were 5 hammer marks on the door where someone tried to break in to the apartment. There was a homeless guy living in the stairwell ffs. I had to leave n find somewhere else. Despite telling Expedia all the they have failed to get back to me

SĂ©jour horrible jamais vu ça ! Inadmissible de louer un logement de la sorte. 200€ pour 2 nuits( c'est du vol) , nous ne sommes pas restĂ©es la seconde dĂ©jĂ  du fait d'une 1ere nuit blanche: bruits horribles de musique( boite au dessous) mĂȘme des boules quiĂšs n'auraient pas suffit, le matelas tremblait avec les basses. De plus, les photos du site(magnifiques) ne correspondaient pas du tout au logement! Il y a tromperie pour attirer la clientĂšle. Le logement est sale , pas de mĂ©nage fait aprĂšs le client prĂ©cĂ©dent (photos prises Ă  l'appui comme par hasard impossible de les rajouter ici). Il restait un fond de rouleau de papier toilette j'ai pu l'utiliser deux fois simplement(me suis dĂ©pannĂ© avec mouchoirs en papier)., sous le lit bouchon de champagne, prĂ©servatif, poussiĂšres +++ cheveux, la plaque de cuisson dĂ©gueulasse, la poignĂ©e du four grasse par des projections et poussiĂšre collĂ©e dessus, les couverts rangĂ©s pas en nombre et sales( pas de petites cuillĂšres ), evier des restes de rĂ©sidu. Pour ce qui est de la sdb, le lavabo tachĂ© ++ et le comble bouchĂ© avec des odeurs d'Ă©gouts. Et comme il etait bouchĂ©, il fuyait par dessous. J ai dĂ» Ă©ponger la flaque d'eau avec une serviette de bain car rien d'autre(pas de serpillĂšre). EN RÉSUMÉ : NE LOUEZ PAS CET APPART IL DEVRAIT ETRE RADIÉ DU SITE ET DE TOUTE LOCATION PS : j ai louĂ© ds l'urgence car j'Ă©tais venue chercher un appartement pour ma fille.Je n'ai trouvĂ© que ça de dispo ds la prĂ©cipitation(pas lu les avis)

Appartement refait Ă  neuf et propre, agrĂ©able, mais absence de finitions: manque des poignĂ©es dans la salle de bain et une qui Ă©tait dĂ©fectueuse dans la chambre. Absence de climatisation difficile Ă  supporter dans un appartement qui se trouve sous le toit. Absence de communication et code faux Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, nous avons attendu plus d’une heure pour avoir une solution qui est venu d’un autre vacancier ayant encouru le mĂȘme problĂšme la veille. Service clientĂšle difficile Ă  joindre avec des numĂ©ros inconnus, nous avons cru ĂȘtre arnaquĂ©s. DerniĂšre chose Ă  prendre en compte c’est la situation de l’immeuble dans une rue garnie de pubs avec une musique Ă©tourdissante jusqu’à 6h du matin. Le privilĂšge d’ĂȘtre Ă  5 min Ă  pied de l’OpĂ©ra et de la CathĂ©drale a Ă©tĂ© complĂštement estompĂ© par cet aspect car nous avons passĂ©s cinq nuits sans pouvoir dormir.

AprĂšs quelque petits problĂšmes nous avons Ă©tĂ© transfĂ©rĂ©s Ă  celui ce de Saint Gugluf Super appartement mais j’avais rĂ©servĂ© pour 2 personnes avec la chambre est le canapĂ© mais pas de drap pour le canapĂ© Le frigo donne du chaud Ă  la place du froid đŸ€”đŸ€” Voici pour les petits problĂšmes mais le reste a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs trĂšs bien j’ai bien notĂ© l’adresse et y retournerai d’sans problĂšme

Die Untetkunft war nur oberflĂ€chlich gereinigt. Unter dem Bett Staub und Dreck ohne Ende. Bad auch nur sehr oberflĂ€chlich gereinigt. Dusche verkalkt. Duscharmstur defekt. TerassentĂŒr defekt. Verdunklungsrollo defekt. Umgebung ist Partymeile. Musik und Geschrei bis 7.00 Uhr auf der Strasse. Danach wurde die Strassenreinihung massiv von der Polizei unterstĂŒtzt um die Strasse reinigen zu können. GrundsĂ€tzlich ist LĂŒttich auf Grund des tollen Weihnachtsmarktes eine Reise wert.

Nous somme arrivé a 16h comme convenu, l'appartement n'était pas encore nettoyé, on a du attendre dehors jusque 18h. Aucune solution nous a ete proposé pour récupérer les 2h perdues. Malgré de nombreux appels de notre part. Le service client a ete tres désagréable et n'a rien fait pour nous aider ou trouver un compromis.

État trĂšs limite au niveau de la propretĂ© (sol collant sur le palier et dans l'appartement) Reste d'ancienne nourriture laissĂ©es par les anciens locataires : petits pains rassis et pleins de moisissure....donc pas de nettoyage entre les locataires. Pas de rideau occultant ni de volet dans les chambres , donc rĂ©veil Ă  6h. AraignĂ©es sur les murs, Encore dĂ©s scotchs de peinture de chantier sur les fenĂȘtres. FenĂȘtres trĂšs sales. Cuvette des toilette trĂšs limite . Bref, location Ă  Ă©viter car le minimum est fait par les propriĂ©taires. Bien sĂ»r, pas de photos des chambre non terminĂ©es sur le site ! TrĂšs trĂšs déçu !
