Sycamore at Lifton Hall is a spacious five-bedroom holiday home that comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests. Parts of the building date from the 17th century, and combine traditional Devonshire character with modern refurbishments.


Head into the property to discover the entrance lobby with a large seating area and galleried landing. With a spacious living room, it is the perfect spot to relax in after a busy day exploring, and the kitchen/dining room is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a homecooked meal.


Above, on the first floor, each of the five bedrooms is fitted with an en-suite shower room and each has their own character and charm. Outside, the ground floor is completed with a patio area with seating. On site there is a hybrid BBQ. dual-fuel BBQ. With ample parking, this property is a perfect base for a family or a group of friends looking to explore what Dartmoor has to offer, having easy access to some of the most picturesque landscapes in the UK.


Lifton Hall’s location makes an ideal base for touring much of the southwest and the beautiful coastlines to the north and south of Devon and Cornwall. Widemouth Bay has a superb beach and is just 19½ miles. The village of Lifton is nestled on the close to the market town of Tavistock, and just over the border from Cornwall’s ancient capital Launceston, it is also just a few short miles away from the wild and wonderful Dartmoor National Park – it’s an amazing place, with over 345 square miles for walking, horse riding, climbing and more. Take your pick from wild spaces, grand houses, delightful beaches and lots of lovely gardens. There really is so much to see and do. Beach 20 miles.
