Nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent. Carpets need cleaning/replacing. Also needs a fragrance as general air smells was not good.

Clean, convenient, friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. No conditioner in the bathroom, only shampoo (not a big deal but was a bit surprised). Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries, meats, eggs, etc.

Very nice location smack in the middle of the city. The car can be parked underground in a public parking about 200m from the hotel. Everything is basically walking distance. There are so many restaurants and wine bars in the surrounding area and shopping options are plenty as well. It is perfect for a weekend away or just a convenient overnight trip. The rooms are clean and cosy, the bathroom is well quipped and high quality towels are provided as well. Highly recommend this hotel and will surely stay there again for our next visit!

Great 3 night stay and excellent location. We did have a lot of mosquitos in the room which was a shame despite the repellent in the room and quite unexpected for mid October. Highly recommend the hotel and a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

It is love my hotel. It is brilliantly positioned. The property was probably recently renovated- all nice and clean and comfortable. The room was quiet, bed very comfortable. I enjoyed tea kettle in the room. Breakfast was not fancy but everything was fresh and delicious.it was a very pleasant stay!

We only stayed one night but we loved this hotel. Location is ideal, roof terrace was fabulous, staff super friendly, water filter on each floor really appreciated, room nicely decorated and beds comfortable, good breakfast. Only downer was the bad smell of drains in the room :-( a real shame as everything else was perfect.

Disappointing. The hotel and rooms were lovely and there was a good breakfast. However we were very disappointed that there was no bar open in the Saturday evening. The roof top bar (which we had been looking forward to was closed at 10.00 pm., and the other bar area was completely taken over by a DJ playing music to the street outside. We were not advised this would be the case and when returned home in the evening when it was to late to make alternative arrangements. I contacted the hotel 3 times by email and did not receive a response, because if this cavalier attitude to customer service I would not recommend the hotel.

I liked the breakfast, the location, the fact that my room was completely quiet, despite the Braderie being on below. Great handy location too. A few bar snacks at the rooftop bar menu would have been good.

The hotel is well placed , fabulous, immaculate and staff are so kind, welcoming and helpful. The range of drinks and snacks in the roof top bar were expensive, limited and the service was painfully slow. The layout of our wc was too tight and distracted from such an amazing and spacious room. On the whole we had a fantastic stay in a vibrant and thriving city.

A fairly good hotel in central Lille. The rooms were tastefully decorated but a little worn. An amazing guests only rooftop bar which we enjoyed- we stayed during the Braderie de Lille which made the city insane. The music from the square opposite the hotel was incredibly loud but that was hardly the hotels fault. A good choice for central exploration.
